Patient Companion for Senior with Alzheimer's

We're looking for a caring companion for my father, who is 78 and has Alzheimer's. The role would be part-time, about 20 hours a week, primarily on weekdays. Key tasks include providing companionship, assisting with daily activities, and helping him with medication reminders. It's important that you're patient, reliable, and a good listener. If you have experience with dementia care, that would be a plus. A driver's license is preferred as occasional errands may be needed. We want someone who can bring a sense of comfort and support to his daily routine.
