Part-Time Caregiver for Senior with Dementia

I am looking for a caring and patient caregiver for my father, who is 78 and has dementia. The position is part-time, approximately 15 hours a week, scheduled for Tuesdays and Thursdays during the day, with some flexibility. Your main tasks would include preparing meals, providing companionship, and assisting with transportation to appointments. It's important to me that you are reliable and a good listener, as my dad really values conversation. If you have experience working with dementia patients, that would be a plus. I would like someone who can start immediately, and I’m offering $19 per hour.
