Caring Companion for Senior with Diabetes and Dementia

We're looking for a reliable caregiver for my father, who is 78 and dealing with diabetes and dementia. The position is for weekends only, evenings from 4pm to 9pm, and we need someone to start immediately. Your help would include meal preparation, assisting with mobility, and providing transportation to appointments.
