Part-Time Caregiver for Senior with Parkinson's

My father, who is 78 and living with Parkinson's, needs some support during the evenings. We're looking for a part-time caregiver to assist him on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 4 PM to 9 PM, about 26 hours a week. The right person would help with personal hygiene, meal preparation, and mobility assistance. A patient and calm demeanor is essential, as he appreciates a good listener. If you have experience with seniors, particularly those managing diabetes or Parkinson's, that would be a plus.
