Part-Time Caregiver for Senior with Parkinson's

I need a reliable caregiver for my dad, who is 78 and living with Parkinson's. The schedule is Monday to Friday, from 4 PM to 9 PM, about 15 hours per week. Tasks include helping with medication management, meal preparation, and assisting with personal hygiene. It's important to find someone patient and understanding, as my dad can be a bit stubborn at times. If you're experienced in working with seniors, especially those with mobility challenges, that would be a plus. We would like to start immediately and can pay $17 per hour.
