Full-Time Caregiver for Elderly with Alzheimer's

We need a dedicated caregiver for my father, who is 78 and living with Alzheimer's. The hours are Monday through Friday, from 9am to 5pm. He requires help with mobility assistance and meal preparation, as well as companionship to keep him engaged throughout the day. It's important to us to have someone who is patient and a good listener, as he sometimes has trouble expressing himself. We're looking for someone who can start within the next two weeks.
