Full-Time Caregiver for Elderly Man with Dementia

Our family is looking for a compassionate caregiver for my father, who is 78 and diagnosed with dementia. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, starting next month. We need someone who can prepare meals, provide companionship, and assist him with mobility. It's important to find a patient and calm person who can connect with him and help him feel at ease.
