Occasional Caregiver for Senior with Dementia

My father, who is 78 and living with dementia, needs support a few evenings a week. I'm looking for someone who can help with meal preparation and provide transportation to appointments. The schedule is flexible, ideally from 4pm to 9pm on weekdays. I appreciate a calm and patient approach, as this helps him feel more at ease. The pay is $20 an hour, and I would love to find someone who can start next month. If you have experience working with seniors, especially those with dementia, I would love to hear from you.
