Full-Time Caregiver for Senior with Parkinson's

My father, who is in his late 70s and living with Parkinson's, needs full-time care starting next month. We're looking for someone compassionate and reliable to help him with mobility assistance, personal hygiene, and medication administration. The schedule is Monday through Saturday from 9 AM to 5 PM, totaling around 40 hours a week. It’s important to find someone who is patient and a good listener, as he sometimes needs extra support and encouragement. If you have experience with Parkinson's care, that would be a plus.
